How did we get here, and where are we going?

Digital Transformation has already reshaped the business landscape by moving organisations from analogue to digital-digitising processes, data, and workflows to increase efficiency and enable new capabilities. However, we are now entering a new era: Cognitive Transformation. This next evolutionary leap goes beyond simply digitising tasks.
